3. User-Generated Content and Acceptable Use

You permanently retain full intellectual property ownership of any original content (text, images, media) that you post on the RedNet platform. However, by publicly posting content, you grant RedNet a crucial, strictly non-exclusive, royalty-free license to securely host, technically modify for formatting, and publicly display that content to other users on the network. To maintain a safe environment, you explicitly agree NOT to post content that:

  • Violates, circumvents, or actively encourages the violation of any local, national, or international laws or regulations.
  • Infringes upon the validated copyrights, trademarks, or established intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • Contains malicious software, destructive code (viruses, trojans), or attempts to manipulate the application's underlying architecture.
  • Actively harasses, severely threatens, physically endangers, or illegally discriminates against other individuals or minority groups.
  • Constitutes unauthorized commercial spam, unsolicited promotional materials, or automated bot activity.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The RedNet platform is provided entirely on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied warranties of any kind. RedNet, its creators, and associated developers shall not be held legally liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting directly or indirectly from the use or frustrating inability to use the service. This comprehensive limitation of liability explicitly includes, but is not limited to, damages stemming from catastrophic data loss, unauthorized access to secure servers, or prolonged service interruptions.
